Participation Terms & Redemption Instructions
Voucher Promotion
As part of our Christmas promotion, customers of headmart.de receive a discount on selected products. The following conditions apply to the redemption of the voucher code:
1. Promotion Period
The voucher code is valid like stated on the voucher. The decisive factor is the time the order is received in our system.
2. Discount Value & Voucher Code
With the code, you receive a discount on the cart value of qualified items. The code must be entered and confirmed in the designated field ("Voucher" or "Coupon") during the checkout process. Retroactive application to orders already placed is not possible.
3. Scope & Exclusions
The discount applies to the entire range on headmart.de, with the following exceptions:
- Already reduced items: Products marked with a strikethrough price or located in the "Sale" / "Special Offers" category are excluded from the promotion.
- Combinability: This voucher cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or vouchers. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
- Books & Vouchers: Price-bound books and the purchase of gift vouchers are legally excluded from the discount.
4. Returns & Cancellation
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal and return items, only the actually paid (discounted) amount will be refunded. If the return causes the total value to fall below a potential minimum order value for the promotion, we reserve the right to retroactively cancel the discount for the remaining items.
5. Miscellaneous
Cash payment of the voucher value is excluded. Resale of the voucher is not permitted. headmart.de reserves the right to terminate the promotion prematurely or adjust the conditions for important reasons. Legal recourse is excluded.
